Habitat for Humanity International is seeking a Senior Corporate Development Officer to identify, secure, and cultivate strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and other major corporations. You will manage a portfolio expected to generate $5–$10 million annually and collaborate with program teams to maximize funding opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising, sales and/or prospect development.
• Demonstrated success securing complex six- and seven-figure multiyear commitments from Fortune 500 companies.
• Experience developing and managing partnership strategies.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute corporate partnership strategies aligned with partner business objectives and Habitat's mission.
• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and secure new corporate partnerships.
• Grow and steward an existing portfolio of corporate partners to increase engagement, revenue, and long-term impact.
• Build diverse funding streams through corporate philanthropy, sponsorships, employee engagement, workplace giving, cause marketing, gifts-in-kind, and programmatic support.
• Lead collaboration efforts with Habitat Area Offices to coordinate, pursue, and strengthen corporate partnerships.
• Facilitate partnership planning, strategy discussions, proposal development, and donor stewardship activities across Habitat's network.
• Develop compelling presentations, proposals, and partnership opportunities that align corporate social responsibility objectives with Habitat's funding priorities.
• Negotiate partnership agreements in collaboration with internal legal and finance teams.
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for key corporate partners and prospects.
• Work closely with Resource Development colleagues, affiliate leaders, and program teams to maximize partnership opportunities and deliver exceptional partner experiences.
