Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate client invoices based on contracts, time records, purchase orders, or milestones.
• Collaborate with project managers, controls, and other departments to obtain billing information.
• Review billing data for completeness and accuracy; resolve discrepancies.
• Track/verify signed time sheets on time & material projects.
• Ensure invoices reflect negotiated terms and provide supporting detail.
• Respond to client billing inquiries and track disputes to resolution.
• Submit invoices through online portals and maintain audit trails.
• Contribute to process improvements and generate billing reports.
