As an individual contributor at director level, you will develop and execute account strategies and build relationships with C-suite leaders within designated corporate accounts. You will lead contract negotiations, coordinate with Sales, Market Access, and Reimbursement teams, and implement value-added solutions at national and regional levels

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in pharma, biotech, medical device, healthcare, market access, or strategic account management.
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience managing large corporate accounts, IDNs, GPOs, health systems, ASC networks, or physician organizations.
• Proven record of achieving sales, access, and revenue growth goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify new corporate accounts and develop comprehensive strategies tailored to individual strategic accounts, ensuring alignment with company objectives to achieve growth targets across DEXTENZA.
• Proactively foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the accounts, including C-level influencers.
• Identify and propose innovative solutions, negotiate contracts and services that enhance patient and client outcomes, while ensuring financial accountability.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute activities within each strategic account to ensure contract initiatives are exercised and aligned with growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Market Access) to align strategies and ensure seamless coordination of resources.
• Willingness to travel extensively (typically 50-70%).
