Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of biopharmaceutical/medical device market access or payer experience.
• Deep knowledge of Medicare Part B, MAC coverage, VA/DoD, Medicaid, coding and coverage.
• Experience in ophthalmology or retina-related products preferred.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a compliant manner.
• Strong communication, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute government account strategies for assets like AXPAXLI/OTX-TKI and DEXTENZA.
• Engage MACs, VA, DoD/DHA, Medicaid and government payers to support access and launch-readiness.
• Monitor policy, coverage, coding, payment, formulary trends and utilization management.
• Partner cross-functionally to align evidence, messaging, and engagement plans.
• Translate payer insights into recommendations for launch planning and patient access.
• Represent the voice of government payers in internal planning forums.
