Job summary

BioTissue is seeking a Director, Corporate Partnerships to maximize sales and profitability across ocular strategic accounts, including Health Systems, GPOs, and Ophthalmic PE-backed firms.

The role requires building relationships with executive decision-makers, delivering customized value-added programs, and driving revenue growth through collaboration with sales leadership and local teams. This remote role must be near a major metro area and airport.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 6–8 years outside sales experience, Ophthalmic space preferred.
• 2+ years of key/national/strategic accounts management.
• Experience presenting to senior/executive level.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Determine opportunities and risks to drive growth with strategic partners.
• Collaborate with Market Access, sales and marketing to craft value-adds and proposals.
• Set pricing, margins, and contract terms for strategic accounts.
• Coordinate responses to health system RFIs/RFPs.
• Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews to executives and decision-makers.
• Coordinate with Regional Sales Directors and cross-functional teams to align efforts.
• Manage contract renewals for local pricing agreements to maximize ASP.
• Represent the team at conventions and trade shows, including some weekends.
