Job summary

Cleaver-Brooks is seeking a Corporate Accountant to join our team in Thomasville, GA. This role provides accounting and financial reporting support for the corporate office, managing the general ledger, journal entries, and monthly reconciliations.

The candidate will assist with month-end close, variance analysis, and audit preparation while maintaining GAAP compliance and strong internal controls. A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and 3–5 years of experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month, quarter and year-end close processes.
• Prepare assigned monthly account reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly spending variance analysis and reporting.
• Maintain corporate general ledger accuracy and GAAP compliance.
• Support internal/external projects and audit preparation.
• Maintain day-to-day ledger accounts and related tasks.
