Job summary

Talentify in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Corporate Accountant to join the accounting team. This hands-on role covers general ledger, reconcilations, financial reporting, intercompany activity, and month-end close across multiple corporate entities.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting with 3–5 years of GL experience and strong GAAP knowledge; CPA preferred. This position is onsite in Atlanta and involves collaboration with Tax, Treasury, and audit teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and strong GAAP knowledge.
• 3–5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in General Ledger accounting.
• Experience reconciling balance sheet accounts and preparing financial statements.
• Familiarity with intercompany accounting, consolidations, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Assist with internal financial statements for periodic closings per GAAP.
• Prepare and upload monthly activity for assigned entities.
• Review monthly results for accuracy and align reporting with Adaptive Planning.
• Perform monthly general ledger reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Review intercompany billing and AR/AP balances with operating units.
• Coordinate with Tax and Treasury to record GL transactions.
• Review daily AP transactions and assist with month-end reconciliations.
• Prepare audit schedules and support year-end consolidation.
• Assist with special projects including mergers, acquisitions, and system upgrades.
