Litera, a leading legal tech company, seeks a Corporate Account Executive to deepen relationships with law firm clients. You will drive revenue by expanding within existing accounts and cross-selling Litera solutions.

The role requires navigating complex organizations, collaborating with product, sales, and customer success teams, and delivering measurable business value to clients. A hybrid work model and New Jersey-style pay transparency are included.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive sales experience with quota.
Experience selling SaaS to law firms, legal departments, or equivalent.
Experience with account expansion and cross-sell motions within existing customers.
Ability to navigate complex organizations with multi-stakeholder decisions.
Strong active listening and consultative selling skills.
Proficiency with Salesforce and standard business tools (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive revenue growth.
Build trusted-advisor relationships with key stakeholders in each account.
Uncover and close cross-sell opportunities within existing base.
Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans with cross-functional teams.
Deepen client partnerships by aligning objectives to Litera's roadmap.
Translate legal tech solutions into clear business outcomes for decision-makers.
