Job summary

Litera is seeking an Account Executive to drive new revenue in Large Law accounts. You will sell the full suite of Litera solutions, manage deals from discovery through close, and build strategic relationships with key contacts in your territory.

You will own territory plans, collaborate with Pre-Sales, and excel at value-based selling in a fast-growing legal tech environment. This is a hybrid role with in-person strategy days and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Sold SaaS to law firms or professional services.
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Comfortable navigating complex organizations and decision makers.
• Able to learn and evangelize technology solutions quickly.
• Strong organizational and collaborative skills.
• Adaptable to a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Attain monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Act as trusted advisor to key contacts within each customer.
• Listen to objectives and articulate technology and business trends.
• Develop territory and account plans with cross-functional teams.
• Expand relationships and grow partnerships within each customer.
• Prospect within current accounts for cross-sell opportunities.
• Manage deal process from discovery through close.
