Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent executive experience.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership at VP level or above in a bank/credit union or regulated financial institution.
• Executive leadership of operations or technology with exposure to the other.
• Led a core conversion or major platform migration from planning through go-live and stabilization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and fulfillment, including loan processing, funding, servicing, deposits, payments, and member service.
• Own technology platforms, core and digital, and production support with executive accountability for platform change.
• Manage vendor and fintech partnerships, including selection, contracting, integration, and performance.
• Partner with peers on business planning, financial performance, risk management, and growth initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory readiness, information-security controls, and incident response in coordination with risk/compliance.
