Job summary

Taylored Systems, Inc. is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Chief Operating Officer to oversee all operational aspects.

The role requires deep industry expertise, the ability to translate vision into disciplined strategy, and leadership to drive accountability across teams. The COO will align operations with long-term goals, ensure excellence in service delivery, client satisfaction, and revenue growth, and report to the CEO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience implementing and operating within the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) model is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience as a COO or senior operational leader in IT MSP or tech services.

Responsibilities

• Provide STRATEGIC OVERSITE by refining and executing the company’s vision and plan.
• Translate high-level vision into operational strategies and measurable objectives.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive growth, scalability, and profitability.
• Oversee daily operations and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
