Facility Improvement Corporation is seeking an experienced Controller to lead the accounting function and act as a strategic partner on the executive team in Great Falls, MT. You will shape financial visibility, strengthen controls, and provide insights to guide growth.

You will collaborate with ownership, refine systems, manage month-end closes, forecasting, and cash flow while ensuring compliance and supporting audits and tax preparation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field required.
• 10+ years of accounting and finance experience.
• ,

Responsabilités

• Lead all accounting operations and month-end/year-end close.
• Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and management reporting.
• Maintain balance sheet integrity through reconciliations.
• Develop executive reporting, financial analysis, and KPI dashboards.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.
