Job summary

CFS is seeking an experienced Controller to lead our accounting group in a high-growth manufacturing environment. The role focuses on all core accounting operations, GAAP reporting, and internal controls, with exposure to audits and compliance.

You will partner with executives on complex issues, drive process improvements, and play a key role in acquisition readiness and post-close accounting. This newly created position reports to executive leadership and offers growth in the finance function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience with leadership of accounting operations.
• Experience with leading teams and M&A.

Responsibilities

• Lead all core accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, payroll accounting, fixed assets, leases, and month-end close.
• Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting with strong internal controls and US GAAP adherence.
• Oversee external audit support, compliance activities, balance sheet integrity and risk mitigation.
• Partner with finance and business leaders on complex accounting matters and performance analysis.
• Play an integral role in acquisition readiness, due diligence, integration efforts, and post-close accounting.
