Job summary

Flagship Facility Services seeks an Assistant Corporate Controller to lead the corporate accounting team and drive financial results. You will guide the team through month-end close, manage GL, and support a major ERP implementation critical to scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required and CPA or equivalent accounting designation.
• 10+ years' experience in accounting and management in high growth multi state organization.
• Technical skills in GAAP, regulatory compliance, internal controls, and SOX.

Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate accounting activities including month end close, cash, fixed assets, intercompany, and GL.
• Own the general ledger and monthly working papers for financial accuracy.
• Establish corporate accounting policies and internal controls compliant with US GAAP.
• Assist external auditors and ensure documentation for audits and reviews.
• Lead projects involving financial software migrations and process improvements.
