Job summary

Omnidian Inc. is seeking a senior accounting leader to own end-to-end accounting, reporting, and systems. You will partner with the CFO and leadership to build scalable infrastructure, drive strategy, and ensure audit-ready and transaction-ready books as the company grows.

You will manage a team of 4–8, oversee consolidations and close, and guide the implementation of AI-enabled automation to improve workflows. This is a strategic role with cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience; 3+ years in a Controller or senior accounting leadership role.
• Deep US GAAP expertise including consolidations and intercompany transactions.
• Experience building scalable accounting systems in a high-growth, multi-entity environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close for US and Australian entities with speed and accuracy.
• Prepare and own consolidated financial statements under US GAAP, including intercompany eliminations and multi-currency consolidation.
• Own external audit relationships and drive clean, on-time completions across jurisdictions.
