Candid Health is seeking a senior Controller to scale our accounting function as we grow rapidly in the US market. You’ll architect financial infrastructure, lead close, controls, compliance, and reporting, partnering with executives to shape strategy.

You’ll own day-to-day operations, implement ERP automation, and build robust processes across O2C, P2P, R2R. The role blends hands-on accounting with strategic leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of accounting experience with scalable processes.
• CPA and SOX experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll, tax compliance.
• Own the month-end close and coordinate with external accounting firm.
• Scale ERP and automate invoicing, reconciliation, and procurement.
• Provide granular financial insights to leadership beyond standard reporting.
