Job summary

Alaska Airlines is seeking a Senior Contracts and Warranty Analyst to resolve issues with supplier contracts, warranty claims and operational performance. You will support warranty remedies, manage contract provisions, and escalate issues to senior leadership for better outcomes.

The role involves developing workflow for contract review, maintaining contract data in Trax, and collaborating across Tech Ops and Supply Chain Management to improve processes and supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in contracts, warranty, supply chain, airport operations or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; or an additional two years of relevant training.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert resolving issues with supplier contracts and warranty claims.
• Develop metrics, reporting, scorecards to track supplier performance.
• Escalate contract and warranty issues to leadership for improved outcomes.
• Maintain a contracts depository and ensure compliance across Tech Ops.
• Lead efforts to negotiate resolutions to supplier performance issues with RCCA plans.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Material Control, Engineering and other teams on supplier performance.
