Alaska Airlines is seeking a Sr. Director to oversee Organization, Contract and Leisure Deals, driving growth across the organization channel and managing sales strategies for groups, contracts, and consolidator opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Sales or related area.
• 3 years of leadership experience, with at least some of it directly leading people.
• Four year degree, or two additional long periods of relevant training/experience in lieu of this degree.
• Capability with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is required, advanced level.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and proven success driving measurable outcomes for customers and employees.
• Willingness to travel about 20% to meet with clients and direct reports.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the financial and operational strength of the Organization, Meetings, Contract, and Leisure Deals portfolio.
• Negotiate contracts and grow new and existing business to maximize revenue.

• Develop sales plans and monitor targets for office, groups, contracts, and consolidator business.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management to implement initiatives that drive revenue.
