Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of contracted services and vendor requests.
• Update the contract database FITs to maintain accurate records.
• Manage contract renewals and negotiate terms with vendors.
• Process, reconcile and validate invoices daily.
• Support department projects and ad hoc requests.
• Collaborate across teams to optimize vendor management.
