Job summary

Fortress Investment Group LLC is seeking a Contracts & Vendor Management Analyst in New York, NY. You will manage Market Data and Application Development software contracts, process service requests, and ensure accurate invoicing and renewals across the firm.

The role requires 3-5+ years of experience, a BS in accounting/finance, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across diverse groups.

Qualifications

• BS Degree (or equivalent) in accounting/finance.
• 3-5+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of contracted services and process requests to add, cancel or re-assign services.
• Update the contract database FITs to maintain accurate records of inventory.
• Manage contract renewals and negotiate terms with vendors.
• Process, reconcile and validate invoices daily.
• Oversee market data and application development contract lifecycles.
• Participate in department projects and fulfill ad hoc requests.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
