Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Contracts Specialist to negotiate and administer software, hardware, cloud solutions, and IT services contracts. You will prepare provisions, review agreements for risk, and coordinate with internal teams to finalize terms.

This role reports to SHI’s Somerset, NJ or Austin, TX offices on a hybrid schedule and supports customer-facing teams with contract analysis and data capture. A bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of contract experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1-3 years experience with contracts.
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Track Changes, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and administer contracts for resale of software, hardware, cloud solutions, and IT services.
• Maintain documentation to support contract administration and execution.
• Prepare and develop contractual provisions and proposals.
• Review terms to ensure consistency with SHI standards.
• Interface with Salesforce and internal departments to negotiate terms.
• Review contracts for risk and address redlines.
• Manage high-volume activity while meeting SLA responses.
• Create executive summaries of contract proposals for management.
