SHI International Corp is seeking a Microsoft Contracts Specialist to negotiate and administer contracts for software, hardware, cloud solutions, and IT services, ensuring adherence to SHI standards. The role involves preparing provisions, assessing risk, maintaining documentation, and interfacing with internal teams to finalize terms.

The position emphasizes handling high-volume activity, producing executive summaries, and contributing to customer-facing teams with contract data and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred in English, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or Marketing.
• 1–3 years of contracts experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word with Track Changes, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and administer contracts for resale of software, hardware, cloud solutions, and IT services.
• Administer requests for contractual forms, documents, and customer contracts as per agreed terms.
• Maintain documentation to support contract administration and execution.
• Participate in preparation and development of contractual provisions and contract proposals.
• Review customer and vendor terms for consistency with SHI standards.
• Interface with SHI Salesforce and internal departments to develop documents and negotiate terms.
• Review contracts with customers and vendors for risk and address redlines.
• Manage high-volume activity while ensuring SLA responses are met and escalated as required.
• Create executive summaries of contract proposals and report issues to management.
• Prepare and distribute final contract documents to all contacts.
• Capture contract-related data in appropriate systems for customer-facing teams.
