Responsibilities

  • Interface with SHI Salesforce and internal departments to develop documents and terms.
  • Review contracts for risk and address redlines.

  • Prepare and distribute final contract documents to contacts; analyze data in systems.

This role involves maintaining documentation, preparing contractual provisions, reviewing agreements for risk, and interfacing with internal departments to negotiate terms. The Contract Specialist will manage high-volume activity, create executive summaries, and analyze contract-related information to support customer-facing teams. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
