Job summary

SHI International Corp. in Somerset, NJ, is seeking a Contracts Specialist to negotiate and administer software, hardware, cloud solutions, and IT services contracts. You will maintain documentation, prepare provisions, review agreements for risk, and interface with internal departments.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor's degree (English, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or Marketing preferred).
• 1-3 years experience with contracts.
• Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite - Word and Track Changes, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and administer contracts for software, hardware, cloud solutions, and IT services.
• Administer requests for contractual forms, documents, and customer contracts as per terms.
• Maintain documentation to support contract administration and execution.
• Prepare and develop contractual provisions and contract proposals.
