You will manage high-volume activity, prepare executive summaries, and review terms for risk while coordinating with internal teams to align with SHI standards. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of contracts experience, plus proficiency with Word, Track Changes, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 1–3 years contracts experience.
• Proficient with Word, Track Changes, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint.
• Ability to manage high-volume contract activity and meet SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and administer contracts for software, hardware, cloud solutions, and IT services.
• Administer requests for contractual forms, documents, and customer contracts as per terms.
• Maintain documentation to support contract administration and execution.
• Prepare and develop contractual provisions and contract proposals.
• Review customer and vendor terms to ensure SHI standards.
• Interface with SHI Salesforce and internal departments to develop documents and terms.
• Review contracts for risk and address redlines.
• Create executive summaries of proposals and report issues to management.
• Prepare and distribute final contract documents to contacts; analyze data in systems.
