Job summary

SHI is seeking a Microsoft Contracts Specialist to negotiate and administer contracts for software, hardware, cloud solutions, and IT services. You will ensure adherence to SHI standards, maintain documentation, prepare provisions, and interface with internal teams to finalize terms.

The role requires managing high-volume activity, creating executive summaries, and analyzing contract information to support customer-facing teams.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor's degree (English, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or Marketing preferred) with 1–3 years experience with contracts.
• Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite — Word and Track Changes, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and administer contracts for the resale of software, hardware, cloud solutions, and IT services.
• Administer requests for contractual forms, documents, and customer contracts as per agreed terms.
• Maintain documentation to support contract administration and execution.
• Participate in the preparation and development of contractual provisions and contract proposals.
• Review Customer and Partner/Vendor agreement terms to ensure consistency with SHI standards.
• Interface with SHI Salesforce and internal departments to develop contractual documents and negotiate terms.
• Review contracts with Customers and Vendors for risk and address redlines.
• Manage high volume activity while ensuring SLA responses are met and escalated as required.
• Create executive summaries of contract proposals and review for contractual issues to report to management for resolution.
• Prepare and distribute final contract documents to all listed contacts.
• Analyze contract-related information and capture relevant data in appropriate systems for customer-facing teams.
