Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred in English, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or Marketing.
• 1–3 years experience with contracts.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite—Word, Track Changes, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and administer contracts for resale of software, hardware, cloud solutions, and IT services.
• Administer requests for contractual forms, documents, and customer contracts.
• Maintain documentation to support contract administration and execution.
• Prepare and develop contractual provisions and contract proposals.
• Review term sheets to ensure consistency with SHI standards.
• Interface with SHI Salesforce and internal departments to develop contractual documents and negotiate terms.
• Review contracts for risk and address redlines.
• Manage high-volume activity while meeting SLA responses and escalations.
• Create executive summaries of contract proposals and report issues to management.
