Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager of Contracts and Proposals to lead end-to-end proposal responses and contract lifecycle activities. You will coordinate with Legal, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Compliance to support complex agreements.

The role requires managing risk, developing financial summaries, and improving templates and processes. A strong background in contracts within tech or electronics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive contracts management, proposals experience.
• Knowledge of contract law, regulatory requirements, and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end proposal responses (RFI, RFP, RFQ) and contract lifecycle activities.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Compliance to support deals.
• Develop cost breakdowns, revenue estimates, and financial summaries for proposals.
• Create and govern contract templates, boilerplates, and digital tools library.
• Mentor and develop the Contracts and Proposals team for high performance.
