Role Overview: The Senior Manager of Contracts and Proposals manages proposal responses and ensures their team has the resources and processes needed for due diligence, negotiation, and eventual contract execution with customers. This role bridges business development, legal review, and operational planning. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrably articulate a working knowledge of contract law and regulatory matters affecting Samsung and Samsung Products, sufficient and appropriate to achieve the business objectives promulgated by Samsung Leadership. The candidate possesses the ability to effectively lead and manage complex and dynamic business matters between internal and external parties and supporting resources, including legal, compliance, product marketing, financial teams, and other functions as may be necessary.
Qualification Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree (JD, MBA) preferred
