You will draft and negotiate complex contracts, advise on regulatory matters, and partner with product and marketing teams to enable compliant, growth-focused initiatives. Qualifications

• JD from an accredited US law school with 8–10 years of practice.
• Active US Bar; eligible to become Texas in-house counsel.
• Experience supporting consumer electronics, home appliance retail or ecommerce teams.
• Ability to draft, negotiate, and revise sophisticated transaction terms.
• Experience on privacy, consumer, transactional and regulatory issues.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements including B2B and retail contracts.
• Provide guidance on regulatory matters and FTC issues affecting digital sales.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and product launches.
• Manage outside counsel costs and ensure outcomes meet business goals.
• Identify emerging legal risks and propose risk mitigations.
• Support AI-related policies, standard form agreements, and legal operations improvements.

Juris Doctorate (US)
