Job summary

Solco Healthcare US LLC. is seeking a Pricing/Contract Support professional to assist the Director of Contracts and Pricing. This role focuses on maintaining customer pricing and rebate data in SAP, resolving price discrepancies, and ensuring timely entry of forecasted usage.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree, have experience in the generic pharmaceutical sector, and demonstrate advanced Excel skills with strong attention to detail and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
Experience in generic pharmaceutical industry preferred.
Strong Excel skills and ability to manage complex spreadsheets and reports.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update contract pricing information in SAP and other reference systems, following established procedures.
Update forecasted customer usage and enter one-time buys in SAP.
Prepare regular and ad hoc reports on pricing, contract status, or other sales reports as requested.
Research pricing discrepancies and requests for price adjustments; process corrections or changes as appropriate within department procedures; prepare summaries of changes or corrections.
Protect and prevent disclosure of highly confidential customer pricing data.
Maintain and update master data used to prepare new product offers and net price files.
Assist in preparing product bids and/or individual product offers to customers.
