Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a contract management professional to administer, analyze, and maintain pricing in SAP for national groups, regional buying groups, and health systems. The role supports contract lifecycle from RFP through maintenance and requires strong analytical and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will manage pricing, assist with national agreements, and collaborate with customers, distributors, and internal teams to ensure accurate invoicing and pricing integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business management, or related with 1–3 years of experience preferred
• Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP experience; SAP, PROS, Vendavo, Alteryx, Tableau experience preferred
• High School or Associate/Bachelor degrees with applicable experience required

Responsibilities

• Administer and analyze contracts and maintain customer pricing in SAP
• Expedite order exceptions with regional buying groups and GPOs
• Manage contract lifecycle from RFP to initiation and maintenance
• Prepare sales history, ASP, and impact analysis for national GPOs and regional groups
• Create reports analyzing Zimmer sales, ASPs, and price impact
• Interact with customers, distributors, and management on documentation, billing and price points
• Prepare slides for Price Committee
• Ensure pricing loaded matches signed agreements
