Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Contracting and Pricing Analyst to implement, coordinate, and administer contracting procedures, terms, and prices across market segments. The role supports negotiations, maintains contract records, and builds cross-functional relationships to optimize financial outcomes.

The position emphasizes data analysis, reporting, and adherence to company policies while accommodating occasional off-hours during peak periods.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent directly related work experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) is necessary.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
• Ability to research and analyze payer industry information.
• Must be well-organized and able to work in a demanding environment.
• Flexibility to work hours outside normal hours during peak periods.

Responsabilités

• Assist with analytical models and data to support negotiations and administration.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date contract records, files, logs, and reports.
• Build productive relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Provide reports as directed by the Physician / Facility Contracting team.
• Support various projects as assigned by direct supervisor.
• Adhere to Code of Business Conduct and all applicable laws and company policies.
• Review and comply with company procedures and confidentiality requirements.
