Job summary

Fresenius Kabi in Lake Zurich, IL is seeking a Commercial Ops Analyst to prepare, analyze, and revise contracts for medical device products. Hybrid onsite 3 days/week; duties include pricing, compliance, rebates, and reporting.

Salary range $55,000-$65,000 with a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities include contract development, cross-functional coordination with Commercial, Finance, and Legal teams, and ensuring ERP reflects contract terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3 years’ experience developing customer contracts and administering customer pricing.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of SAP (or other Enterprise system) with understanding of master data pricing; Vistex is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare thorough and accurate customer contracts, amendments, notices, price letters and quotes ensuring department processes are followed end-to-end.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions for non-standard contract elements and customer redline requests.
• Work cross-functionally with the Commercial, Finance, and Legal teams on contract development, administration, compliance, and reporting.
• Administer customer-specific pricing and resolve pricing disputes.
• Maintain files/databases for each contract including fully executed contracts, historical versions, approvals, changes, amendments, notices, and rebate admin data.
• Manage contract expirations and ensure deadlines and conditions are met, including admin fees, rebates, manual billings, and price increases.
• Ensure ERP system reflects contract pricing elements (payment terms, pricing, surcharges, discounts, freight, MOQs).
• Facilitate processing of hardware orders and returns.
• Achieve turnaround time goals for document prep and compliance obligations.
• Prepare and distribute ad hoc sales/management reports.
• Identify and support process improvements in Commercial Operations.
