The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree with 3 years' contract pricing experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in SAP/Vistex to manage pricing and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years' experience developing customer contracts and administering pricing in an Enterprise application environment.
• Proficient in SAP with understanding of master data for pricing; Vistex is a plus.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• English fluency required.
• Experience with government contracts/pricing is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Prepare thorough and accurate customer contracts, amendments, notices, price letters and quotes.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions for non-standard contract elements and redline requests.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance and Legal on contract development, administration, compliance and reporting.
• Administer customer-specific pricing and resolve pricing disputes.
• Maintain files/databases for each contract including executed contract, versions, approvals, changes, amendments and rebates.
• Manage contract expirations and ensure deadlines and conditions (payments, admin fees, rebates, CPI) are met.
• Ensure ERP system reflects contract elements related to payment terms, pricing, surcharges, discounts and minimum orders.
• Process hardware orders and returns.
• Meet turnaround-time goals for document preparation and compliance obligations.
• Prepare and distribute ad hoc sales and management reports.
• Identify and support process improvements in Commercial Operations.
• Adhere to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality Management Systems.
