Job summary

Fresenius Kabi is seeking an Analyst, Contract Marketing and Commercial Analysis, to drive pricing strategy and contract optimization for GPO/IDN accounts. The role is hybrid and based in Lake Zurich, IL, with three days on-site per week, collaborating with Field Sales on pricing recommendations and contract terms.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least two years in Finance, Marketing, or Supply Chain, plus strong analytical skills and experience with ERP/BI tools such as SAP and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of two years in Finance, Marketing, or Supply Chain with strong analytical background.
• Knowledge of medical device or hospital/pharmacy contracts is preferred.
• Analytical mindset with strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Experience with customer agreements, GPO/IDN contracting is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Creates and manages pricing for GPO, IDN, and complex key accounts.
• Communicates findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
• Collaborates with sales to analyze customer usage and opportunities in IV Therapy and device markets.
• Prepares bids, RFPs, terms, and conditions; submits in a timely manner.
• Develops and maintains reporting templates for data analysis.
• Reviews pricing decisions with leadership and weighs multiple factors for contracts.
