Job summary

Certes Networks, Inc. is seeking a highly organized professional to own contract administration and a broad range of business operations responsibilities.

This hybrid Pittsburgh-area role serves as the internal coordinator for contracts, external counsel, and export compliance processes. The successful candidate will manage the contract lifecycle, coordinate with legal and business owners, and help drive compliance and operational efficiency across AWS/Azure activities and other enterprise

Qualifications

• Experience in contracts, legal operations, compliance, or business operations.
• Strong project-management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across Sales, Finance, Engineering and leadership.
• Ability to distinguish routine matters from issues needing escalation to legal/executive teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contract log, repository, renewal calendars and documentation.
• Review and coordinate standard agreements, NDAs, partner agreements with external counsel.
• First-line review of customer/vendor agreements; coordinate redlines and approvals.
• Escalate material terms to leadership and outside counsel per policies.
• Manage contract signatures and ensure executed records.
