Job summary

Partner Engineering & Science, Inc. in New Jersey seeks a Legal Contracts Manager to oversee the contract lifecycle, draft and negotiate agreements, and coordinate with internal teams and external counsel.

This role supports insurance, litigation, compliance, and corporate governance matters across our CRE-focused practice. The successful candidate will bring at least 3 years of contract management experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum of 3 years in legal contract management or related field.
• Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Experience coordinating with outside counsel and managing legal matters.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, revise, negotiate, and manage a wide variety of contracts.
• Support contract negotiations and coordinate revisions with internal stakeholders.
• Manage delivery of legal documents and services to internal and external clients.
• Conduct legal research and preliminary case assessments for collections and other matters.
