Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Contracts Manager to independently handle the complete lifecycle of training and support contracts, spanning order forms, premium agreements, and vendor contracts. You will influence scale across global Training and Support operations.

You’ll partner with Legal, Training, Support, Privacy, and Finance to deliver timely guidance and build scalable contract templates and workflows.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the ethical considerations surrounding AI in the legal context (confidentiality, accuracy, bias prevention).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of contracts management experience.
• Experience supporting contract lifecycle processes (intake, template creation, drafting, negotiation, workflow coordination).

Responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate training order forms, premium support contracts, and vendor agreements.
• Identify and implement process improvements for scalable contract management (templates, standardization, reduce repetitive work).
• Drive efficiency through workflow automation, standardization, and cross-functional alignment; evaluate legal tech and AI tools to improve quality, speed, and scalability.
