Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. is seeking a proactive Contracts Manager to lead contract strategy, negotiation, and execution across commercial and government programs. You will operate across commercial and government contracting environments, serving as a strategic partner to PM, Engineering, Finance, and Supply Chain to protect margins and enable scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Contracts, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in contracts.
• Strong experience with Commercial FFP contracts and FAR/DFARS (flowdowns).
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex agreements independently.
• Ability to analyze and mitigate contractual risk and work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full contract lifecycle from RFP to closeout and execution.
• Lead contract structuring and pricing for favorable business outcomes; ensure compliance.
• Negotiate terms with primes, customers, and suppliers as the primary contact.
• Identify contractual, financial, and operational risks early and drive mitigation.
• Support proposal strategy and pricing alignment with Finance and BD.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, ITAR/export controls, and internal policies; prepare for CPSR.
