Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking a proactive Contracts Manager to lead strategy, negotiation, and execution across commercial and government programs from Littleton, CO. You will own contract lifecycle from RFP to closeout and partner with program management, engineering, finance, and legal to protect margins and enable scalable growth.

You will navigate FAR/DFARS flowdowns, ITAR requirements, and audit readiness while representing the company with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, contracts, or related field.
• 10+ years of contracts experience.
• Experience with commercial FFP contracts and FAR/DFARS flowdowns.
• Ability to negotiate complex agreements independently and work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Own contract strategy and lifecycle from RFP to closeout.
• Lead negotiations with primes, customers, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, ITAR, and internal policies.
• Collaborate across programs, engineering, finance, and legal.
