Job summary

Netrality Data Centers in Saint Louis, MO, seeks a Contracts Manager to oversee the contractual lifecycle, draft and negotiate documents, and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure compliance and efficiency. The role requires detail-oriented contract analysis and strong communication with internal teams.

Responsibilities include renewals, terminations, and audits; reviewing RFP responses; and supporting complex agreements with vendors, real estate, and telecom stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, or finance preferred.
• Juris Doctor or 3+ years in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Support contracts throughout lifecycle: renewals, amendments, terminations.
• Draft, redline, and negotiate license agreements and vendor contracts.
• Prepare renewal analyses with terms, invoices, and audits.
• Coordinate with business units to respond to audit/compliance requests.
• Draft responses to RFPs and complex requests.
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support and special projects.
• Communicate with management and various departments regularly.
• Handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
