Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, contract management, project management, construction management, or related field.
• Experience: 2–5 years in sourcing RFPs, contract execution, procurement or construction.
• Knowledge of data center operations and familiarity with contract law.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance and alignment with SOW, RFP, RFIs.
• Monitor contract compliance with third-party vendors and enforce terms.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to align requirements.
• Prepare regular reports on contract performance, vendor performance, and project status.
• Support audits and provide documentation for regulatory reviews.
