Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Contract Specialist to manage the full contract lifecycle across AMC, coordinating with Legal, sales, sourcing and finance. This role focuses on data center-related agreements and risk-based guidance to move deals forward.

The ideal candidate has seven+ years in commercial contracting, strong negotiation skills, and a practical, solutions-oriented mindset to structure positions and mitigate risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, legal studies or related field.
• Seven years of experience in commercial contracting or negotiation.
• Ability to independently negotiate with sophisticated counterparties.
• Strong business acumen for structuring positions, trade-offs and risk mitigation.
• Sound judgment in negotiations with the ability to hold, adapt or elevate a position.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and support execution of customer, supplier, distributor, nondisclosure, services and other commercial agreements.
• Advise on contract structure, commercial terms and risk allocation, including pricing, liability, warranties, quality, delivery, indemnification and termination.
• Support contract interpretation, amendments, change orders and renewals throughout the agreement lifecycle.
• Identify contractual risk and escalate significant issues with practical solutions and recommendations.
• Collaborate with global teams across sales, operations, finance, quality, supply chain and Legal.
• Help maintain and improve contract templates, playbooks, fallback positions and standard processes.
