Job summary

Digital Edge DC is seeking a Contract Manager to lead end-to-end contract lifecycle for customer, vendor, procurement and service agreements supporting data center operations. You will partner with Sales, Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Operations to negotiate, finalize, and renew contracts.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in contract management, strong Excel and CLM tooling experience (SAP Ariba, Icertis, DocuSign CLM), and a commercially astute approach to risk and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Commerce, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or related discipline.
• 5+ years in Contract Management, Commercial Management, Procurement, Legal Operations, or related functions.
• Experience in Data Centers, Infrastructure, Telecommunications, Technology, Construction, or Mission-Critical Facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete contract lifecycle including drafting, review, negotiation, approval, execution, amendments, renewals, and terminations.
• Administer customer contracts, supplier agreements, NDAs, service agreements, procurement contracts, and EPC contracts.
• Review contract terms, identify risks, and support negotiations to achieve favorable commercial outcomes.
• Monitor contractual obligations, milestones, renewals, notices, deliverables, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain contract repositories and ensure accurate contract records and reporting.
• Generate contract dashboards and analytics for stakeholders.
• Support vendor and customer contract compliance, dispute resolution, and performance management.
• Drive process improvements and automation in contract management.
