Google Procurement Organization seeks a transformational Contracts Manager who blends contract management expertise with a digital-first mindset. You will lead complex agreements in Marketing, Professional Services, and Technology, and drive procurement modernization through AI-enabled workflows.

In this role, you will partner across Legal, Risk, Compliance, and executive stakeholders to accelerate cycle times, protect business interests, and deliver scalable contracting excellence globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Law or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in contract management, operations, or procurement.
• Experience leading or contributing to procurement modernization initiatives around CLM implementations or process re-engineering.
• Experience structuring and negotiating commercial terms in Marketing, Professional Services, or Technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contracting strategy for high-complexity engagements; structure agreements to protect business interests and optimize total cost.
• Partner cross-functionally to pilot and scale AI-powered contract lifecycle management solutions.
• Design scalable workflows leveraging extended workforce resources, self-service playbooks, and managed service partners.
• Serve as a business partner across Category Management, Legal, Security, Compliance, and executive stakeholders.
• Monitor contracting metrics to iteratively optimize standards and operating models.
