Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business, supply chain, or law.
7 years of contract management, procurement, or operations with commercial transactions.
Experience with CLM implementations and process re-engineering.
Experience negotiating commercial terms in Marketing, Professional Services, or Technology.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end contracting strategy for high-complexity engagements to protect business interests.
Pilot and scale AI-powered CLM solutions, including automated clause generation and risk scoring.
Design scalable workflows using extended workforce and managed service partners.
Partner with Category Management, Legal, Security, Compliance, and exec stakeholders on governance.
Monitor contracting metrics to optimize standards and operating models.
