Job summary

Google GSRS seeks a Commercial Contracts Program Manager to govern the global vendor contracting and compliance activities, advise on vendor strategy and performance management, and provide business operations support through the GSR Deal Desk.

You will enable GSRS teams by supporting the vendor engagement lifecycle from sourcing to performance management, developing tailored contracting solutions, and driving portfolio consolidation through data and metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in contract law and commercial contracts.
• 8 years of experience establishing vendor performance management solutions (e.g., SLAs and KPIs).

Responsibilities

• Guide global vendor selection, agreement negotiations, contract drafting, and compliance fulfillment across the portfolio.
• Establish and execute global contract performance management solutions and vendor governance frameworks.
• Monitor and resolve operational and compliance risks, ensuring contracts align with legal standards and deliverables.
• Support Deal Desk operations, oversee outsourced services, and design scalable, AI-enabled processes to drive efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and leverage data-driven insights to guide vendor decisions.
