Job summary

InVue seeks a Contracts and Legal Operations Manager in Charlotte, NC. The role oversees commercial contracts, legal operations, compliance, outside counsel coordination, and litigation support.

Reporting to the VP, Legal, this hands-on position requires strong organization and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant experience, expertise in contract management systems, and the ability to translate legal needs into practical workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, contracts function, legal operations role, or similar environment.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management processes and workflows.
• Experience administering or supporting contract management systems or legal matter management platforms.
• Ability to translate legal and business needs into practical workflows, templates, and reports.
• Experience coordinating with outside counsel on IP, M&A, or governance topics.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements (NDAs, vendor, customer, amendments, orders, T&Cs).
• Lead administration and improvement of the contract management system (FileVine).
• Maintain and scale contract lifecycle processes (intake, review, approval, execution, storage, renewal, obligations).
• Coordinate contract execution and organize documents for stakeholders.
