Job summary

Partner Engineering & Science, Inc. is seeking a Legal Contracts Manager to oversee the contract lifecycle, review and draft agreements, and coordinate with internal teams, external counsel, and vendors.

This role supports insurance administration, litigation matters, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced CRE consulting environment. The position requires a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and at least 3 years in legal contract management, with strong communication and MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in law, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal contract management or a related field.
• Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Experience coordinating with outside counsel and insurance/regulatory matters is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, revise, negotiate, and manage a wide variety of contracts including client consulting, independent contractor, vendor, NDA, and service agreements.
• Support contract negotiations and coordinate revisions with internal stakeholders and external parties.
• Manage the delivery of legal documents and services to clients, assist with litigation support and discovery requests.
• Coordinate with insurance brokers and internal departments on renewals and risk management.
